How is Coconut Flour made

Our Coconut flour is purely made from the best coconuts without any additives, and is completely gluten free. We use the best coconuts from the coastal regions of Tamil Nadu that are organically certified.

Coconuts are carefully selected and skinned

Skinned coconuts are washed and then blended with water to remove the milk

The strained Coconut is then hung dried and dehydrated

It is then ground in a gluten free mill to produce flour, filled with the goodness of the superfood coconut.

We take pride in the purity and quality of our Coconut flour. It has a mouthwatering sweet nutty fragrance. It is Rich in Vitamin A, B1, B2, B6 and E apart from several essential fatty acids.

It also has a low GI (Glycemic Index) thus making it suitable for those who want to watch their weight or are diabetic. This flour is high in fibre and expands during baking, often increasing in size by up to 50%. It’s high fibre content helps provide a feeling of satiety.

It is a low-carb flour having fewer digestible (net) carbs than any other flour, including soy! It even has fewer digestible carbs than most vegetables.

Use 35-50% of Coconut Flour in place of other flours in most standard recipes. A variety of delicious baked goods can also be made using 100% coconut flour. For frying or sauteing it can be used in amounts equal to that of wheat flour.
