Gluten-free Vegan Apple Crisp

  • Apple, sliced
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Dried Black currants
  • 1/2 Cup
    Rolled Oats
  • 3 Tablespoons
    coconut sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons
    Almond Butter
  • 1 Teaspoon
    cinnamon powder
  • nutmeg
  • 4 Tablespoons
    flaked almonds


  1. Place the thinly sliced apples close together in a baking dish
    Sprinkle the blackcurrants over them

  2. In a bowl, stir the oats, sugar, almonds, cinnamon and nutmeg together with a fork

  3. Rub the almond butter into the mixture to create crumbs

  4. Spread the crumble mixture on top of the apples evenly

  5. Bake in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes at 180°C.
