Ingredients

Buckwheat flour 1 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking Soda 1/4 tap
Oat Milk 1 1/2 cup
Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tsp
Coconut sugar 1/2 cup
Coconut Oil 1 tbsp


Method

  1. Pancake Mix- In a bowl, combine buckwheat flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, baking powder, oat milk, apple cider vinegar, and coconut oil.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter onto a hot pan and cook until bubbles form on the surface. Flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
