Shipping & Delivery Terms

For Domestic Shipping, we partner with Amazon, Delhivery and Bluedart. Depending on the weight of your order and the items contained in it, the shipping carrier is selected by our system. 

1. Shipping Estimates: Delivery timelines are based on carrier estimates. Delays caused by operational constraints, weather, political disturbances, or festivals are beyond our control.

2. Your Choice of Carrier: You may select a carrier of your choice. Please ensure the carrier serves your location. If the chosen carrier refuses your package, we will ship using an alternate available option.

3. Refund Guarantee: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery days + 2 days, you will be entitled to a refund of:

   • The entire air shipping fees, or

   • Our cost of surface shipping fees (as store credit).

4. Free Cancellation Protection: If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery days, you may cancel your order without any cancellation fees.

Items containing liquids cannot be sent by Air and only by Road, this can result in a longer transit time.

Currently we do not offer International Shipping for Retail orders. If you have a Bulk order you can email us for a quote.
