I hope that the product is doing me some good because, eaten with breakfast alongside oats, fruit & other seeds, it is a little unpleasant. Perhaps it would be better roasted & ground as a coffee substitute but I have not tried it that way. This is my 2nd pack so I am persisting!
They caused severe constipation and cramps. Don't know whether your product is defective or my body.🥲
Very effective. You can feel higher liver function within 5 minutes of consuming this.
All the seeds are clean and ready for consumption. A little processing is required but this is a great product anyways. Perfect for liver health and detox.
