A little difficult to eat!

I hope that the product is doing me some good because, eaten with breakfast alongside oats, fruit & other seeds, it is a little unpleasant. Perhaps it would be better roasted & ground as a coffee substitute but I have not tried it that way. This is my 2nd pack so I am persisting!
