Method

  1. Combine Rye flour, salt, Black pepper and Olive oil in a bowl. Mix well. 
  2. Slowly add water to the mixture until it forms a dough. Knead well till it becomes smooth and shape in the form of a ball.
  3. Meanwhile, Preheat the oven to 180o C for 10 min 
  4. Divide the dough into small balls (roti balls) . Roll out each dough into a thin sheet. Thinner the better. 
  5. Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut into desired shapes. Then, place it on a baking sheet (butter paper). Prick each cracker a few times with a fork. 
  6. Bake it in the preheated oven (180o C) for 30min. Let it cool and serve.
