Ingredient


-2 cups watermelon seeds
-1 tsp Olive oil optional
- Salt to taste

Method

1)To a food processor or high-speed blender add your watermelon seeds, salt, and Olive oil.

2)Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency is reached (about ten minutes), optionally adding more olive oil if you would like an even creamier texture.

3)Store in a lidded container in the fridge for up to one week until ready to use.
