Ingredients
- 1 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Nutritional Yeast Flakes
- Pink Salt according to the taste
- Optional: Oregano
Method
- To make roasted Pumpkin Seeds, simply toss it in a bowl, along with Nutritional Yeast Flakes, Olive Oil, Pink Salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the seeds out on a baking sheet and Roast for 10mins at 120 C, mixing in between to roast them evenly.
