Just love the coconut flour. I use it mainly for baking cakes, it gives a very spongy texture to the millet cakes.
👌 Superb!!!
Perfect for baking cookies and other bakery items. Flour is so soft and of very good quality. Highly recommended.
I bought this coconut flour for making nutri bars at home and yes it was a delight. It is very fine just like a flour. It even excludes the back portion of the coconut i.e. the dark brown part. No wonder my chocolate bars came out tasting yummy.
The packet was nicely packed. And Yes I have to agree they are costly compared to others but a different experience altogether.
