Buckwheat flour pakoda: Easy & Tasty Spinach Fries

1 1/2 cups (370 grams) of Buckwheat Flour

1 cup Oat flour

2 tbsp Himalayan Salt

1 tsp Raw Turmeric Powder

Bunch of Spinach

2 Potatoes

1 tsp coriander powder

1/2 tbsp Wet Milled Coconut oil 


  1. Begin by washing a bunch of spinach leaves and chop them.
  2. Peel and chop the potatoes into French fry-like shapes.
  3. Place both the chopped spinach and potatoes in a bowl.
  4. Add Buckwheat Flour, Oat flourHimalayan Salt, coriander powder, Raw Turmeric Powder and Wet Milled Coconut oil to the bowl.
  5. Mix all the ingredients while gradually adding water to achieve the desired consistency.
  6. Once the mixture is well-combined, you can either bake or fry it.

 It's ready to be served!
